做法:
烧热一些葱姜水,备用

鲍鱼从壳中取出,去除内脏,刷去裙边的黑色,剪去一端的硬头,用葱姜水洗去粘液后,切花刀

鸡汤中加蚝油、番茄酱、料酒、火腿,将火腿煮烂后,滤除渣子

将鲍鱼放入汤汁中,在砂锅中小火煮五分钟左右。时间根据鲍鱼个头大小酌情增减

煮好的鲍鱼捞出,放在盛好的米饭上

调少许水淀粉,混入煮好的汤汁中,煮至粘稠,盛出浇在鲍鱼和米饭上即可

1、活鲍鱼一动一动的,本人不敢杀,所以丢进冰箱急冻了一下,嘿嘿。。
2、传统的鲍汁做法更复杂,还得加猪蹄、瑶柱什么的熬,比较费时费力。个人感觉直接用鸡汤的高汤调味做出来就挺好吃的~(≧▽≦)/~啦
