酸汤水饺是一种陕西地区古老的汉族传统小吃,具有1000多年的历史。热气腾腾、香气扑鼻的酸汤水饺,味道鲜美酸香,耐人品尝。碗里的汤,红彤彤的油辣子,看着就超有食欲,尝一口,全身每一毛孔都往外冒汗,撩咋咧!
虾仁加胡椒粉、料酒、盐,抓匀腌制半小时,取一个饺子皮,放入饺子馅,再放一个虾仁,包饺子。

煮锅水开后下入饺子,点三次凉水,煮至饺子浮起膨胀即可。
