以前也用过蛋黄酱,某岛的蛋黄酱,不喜欢。这次用了法国乐禧瑞的蛋黄酱,口感特别好,感觉酸甜度适中,入口也比较醇香。于是想到了用蛋黄酱和芝士做焗虾,出来果真没有让人失望。芝士蛋黄酱搭配起来碰出美食新火花哦。

食材:
鲜虾 12只,芝士片3片,法国乐禧瑞蛋黄酱适量
腌制虾的调味
盐1克,植物油适量,胡椒粉少许
制作:
1、鲜虾去虾头,虾线然后对半切开

2、加入适量植物油、盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀腌制15分钟

3、腌制好的鲜虾放入芝士

4、挤上适量的蛋黄酱在芝士上

5、烤箱中层,180度预热,烤20分钟
6、蛋黄酱和芝士完美结合,带出虾的鲜美
