突然很想吃烧麦,所以打算自己做着吃,我也是第一次做,为了做这个糯米烧麦我还特意去了一趟超市买了肉和糯米!首先要把糯米提前泡!

然后就上锅蒸熟了备用!

还有把香菇泡发!

在这个时候开始剁肉馅,我不喜欢用现成地肉馅,自己剁的好吃!

剁完以后再剁一些葱末!

都准备就绪就开始炒馅,锅里放入油,等油热了放入肉馅、香菇末,最后放入糯米,里面放入生抽还有盐和耗油!

再等馅凉的时候就开始和面,我查了很多的资料最后决定用开水和面!

和好的面饧20分钟!然后做成剂子!

擀成饺子皮就可以包了,用虎口一卡就好了!
