1. 先把瓜洗干净,切片上锅蒸。

2. 蒸好放凉之后捣碎

3. 最好是用筛子把多余的水分过滤。假如淀粉糯米粉白糖,揉面团

4.糯米粉多放一些,淀粉白糖适量。只要能成型就好。味道不会有太大差距

5. 然后,拿一小块面团,揉圆压扁,夹心之后,在封口

6. 用牙签压出花纹,我做的比较大,纹路也比较大。最后葡萄干在点缀成南瓜炳。蒸熟就好啦

小贴士:一定要把南瓜水过滤不然太稀了
