2.放入锅中煮半小时左右,或者用高压锅煮(也可以放一点葱一起煮)

3.煮好的猪里脊盛出沥水

4.放入料理杯中打成泥,这个时候打出来是比较粗的碎末状

5.将上述打好的碎末状倒入锅中小火翻炒,炒至水分收干且呈金黄色(注意不要炒过头变焦)

6. 放入料理杯中进行二次搅打(要多打一会儿哦)

如果是刚刚添加辅食的宝宝咀嚼能力还非常差的话,我们可以打的再久一点,用筛子再过筛下,做出更细的肉松。
