1⃣准备杏鲍菇一根、香葱一根,清水洗净。

2⃣杏鲍菇切成圆形厚片,每个菇块上横竖各划三刀,以便焖煮时更入味。

3⃣小葱摘洗干净后,切成葱碎。

4⃣将2勺生抽、1勺老抽、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖、1勺淀粉、1碗水,调成酱汁。

5⃣起锅烧热,下油,下杏鲍菇块翻炒至软。

6⃣加入调配好的酱汁焖煮三分钟左右。
