肉松不但味美可口,而且在加工中,浓缩了产能营养素及矿物质。例如瘦肉当中本来就含有一定量的铁,经过浓缩使肉松中的铁含量高出瘦肉两倍多,因此是宝宝不错的补铁的食品。而且肉松属于高能产品,可以给宝宝补充营养能量,容易消化,生津开胃!

材料:牛里脊,葱、姜、八角、食盐少许、宝宝酱油、核桃油

1.牛肉洗净切块!

2.凉水下锅,去血,去腥,热水下生肉会紧,口感不好,水开捞出!热水冲净!

3.放入压力锅,压熟!

4.将炖好的肉晾凉,放在保鲜袋里面用擀面杖敲打,碾压,再用手撕碎!

5.然后铺平在烤盘中。依据个人口味加入盐,宝宝1岁以内不能吃盐糖,就不要放啦!给宝宝吃的,放核桃油、橄榄油都可以,保证油均匀的粘在肉粒上即可,少了烤完肉会很干很柴,不会有松松茸茸的质感!

6.拌好的肉松铺平,烤箱预热180度后,进入中层上下火烤20分钟,每3-4分钟翻炒一次!

拿出来后,晾凉再进入料理机机绞一下,让烤干的肉蓬松起来,未撕开的大块也能充分打碎!

还做了点猪肝粉,其它肉松也可以参照这个方法,没有烤箱的不粘锅也可以,就是需要一直翻炒!
