有了花生米的酥脆,又有黄瓜丝的清爽解油腻,真的超级好吃!
食材:新鲜面条或挂面1人份,黄瓜丝50克,熟花生米20克,香菜10克,蒜10克,生抽2汤匙,老醋2汤匙,熟白芝麻1汤匙,辣椒粉1汤匙,白糖1汤匙,食用油适量
1.锅中烧开水,把面条放入煮熟后捞出放入凉水中浸泡备用
2.取一个大碗:放入蒜末、熟白芝麻、辣椒粉、再倒入烧热的食用油
3.再加入生抽、老抽、白糖搅拌均匀
4.再把面条捞出放入酱汁中搅拌均匀
5.最后放入花生、黄瓜丝、香菜再次拌匀即可
煮过的面条过凉水后吃起来会比较有弹性,这一步不要省略哟~
