为人父母都知道，宝宝诞生之初最受关注的发育情况就是身高和体重。无论是家常闲聊，还是专业体检，身高和体重都是衡量宝宝生长发育的一个重要指标，那么0-3岁宝宝的身高体重轨迹应该是怎么样的呢？

一般来说，婴儿体重在出生后头3个月增长速度最快，以后随月龄增长而逐渐减慢。一般3个月的体重约为出生体重的2倍，1岁体重约为出生体重的3倍。1岁以后的宝宝体重增长相对减慢，所以不像刚出生那么胖胖的也是正常现象。一般来说，2岁左右宝宝的体重应为10～12千克，而3岁宝宝的体重应为12～14千克。

那么宝宝的身高呢？一般宝宝出生时身长约50厘米，在出生后前半年增长最快，前3个月每月平均会增长3.5厘米，一般到1岁时共增长25厘米。身高的增长规律与体重一样，1岁后也会逐渐减慢。与出生时身长相比，1岁宝宝约为出生时的1.5倍，4岁时约为2倍。
