香甜好吃的南瓜饼

材料:
南瓜 300克
糯米粉 200克
白糖 60克
芝麻 适量

南瓜切片,上锅蒸熟

趁热加入白糖,搅拌成泥
南瓜晾凉至不烫手时即可加入糯米粉

揉成团至不粘手即可(如果面团太湿就继续加糯米粉)

将面团分成35克左右的小面团,搓圆

取一个面团,轻轻压扁,然后两面沾上芝麻(白芝麻也行,或者不沾也可以的哈)

电饼铛预热后放入南瓜饼胚,先煎一面,再翻面煎至两面金黄即可。
