3.准备好西兰花,番茄和腌制的银鳕鱼。西兰花去除根茎,只留上面花朵。贝壳粉浸泡10分钟。

4.西兰花焯水,西红柿划十字放入热水中浸泡5分钟去皮

5.将西红柿,西兰花,银鳕鱼分别切碎碎末程度视宝宝月龄及咀嚼能力而定,小月龄宝宝一定要切碎

6.将锅内放入橄榄油放入番茄炒沙

7.依次放入西兰花,鳕鱼翻炒
