面粉400克,开水200克,冷水80克,50克油,30克面,5克盐,葱适量
做法;
1.将400克面粉放入盆中,加入200克热水,迅速搅匀。
2.再加入冷水80克搅匀。
3.搅匀好的面团非常的粘手,盖上保鲜膜,发酵半小时。
4.醒面的同时取一小碗,放入50克油,30克面粉,5克盐搅拌均匀。

6.分成8份
7.分别揉圆,擀成长条,抹一层油酥,撒一层香葱。
8.把面皮对折,卷起来,立起来
9.按扁,用擀面丈擀薄
10,放入电饼铛烙熟即可。
